These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fromco, including the website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in Spain.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
fromco is a command-line utility for analyzing source code written in the SystemVerilog language. It may be used as a language server, integrates with popular IDEs, and provides integration with waveform viewers.
The Service requires an online account for license verification. Features and functionality may change over time.
To access paid features, you must create an account on the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.
You must not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license or account access to third parties unless explicitly permitted.
A free version of the application is available for download by anyone and is valid for one (1) day.
After starting a monthly subscription, a seven (7) day trial period applies before any payment is charged.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, taxes, invoicing, and refunds in accordance with its policies.
We do not collect or store payment card details.
The Service, including the software, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or the Service is misused. No refunds are owed for unused subscription periods.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
